Shipping and Delivery
- Preparation Time: The preparation time for your orders is 1-3 business days. Shipping cannot be done on official holidays. The time may be extended depending on stock availability.
- Shipped: After the preparation period, your order is shipped for delivery to you.
- Tracking Number: The tracking number for your product(s) that have completed the preparation stage is sent to the email address you provided during registration.
- Information About Delivery Delays:
* The distance of the delivery address throughout Turkey and the frequency of the shipping company’s visits to the region may affect the delivery day, and order delivery may be delayed.
* Adverse weather and transportation conditions in the region where the order will be delivered may delay product delivery.
* There is always a certain intensity in cargo delivery during time periods that coincide with New Year, holidays and special days. Delivery may be delayed for orders that coincide with these special days. - Weekends and Official Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays and official holidays are processed on the following first business day.
- Shipping Company: Balantion works with Yurtiçi Kargo.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping costs for all your purchases are covered by Balantion.
- Order Delivery: Only you can receive your order. However, if there is someone else at the address who will receive your delivery, you must specify this information when creating the order. If you do not specify, your order will not be delivered to someone else.
- Address Change: You should not change the delivery address after creating an order. Otherwise, your order will first return to Elle Ayakkabı, then the delivery process to the new address you specified will start from the beginning.
- If Order Doesn’t Arrive: Your orders are delivered to the address you specified. If you are not at your address or if you have not designated someone other than yourself to receive your order, the Yurtiçi Kargo representative will leave a note indicating that you can pick up your package from the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch. You need to pick up the package from the specified Yurtiçi Kargo branch within two days at the latest.
