Return and Cancellation Terms

Return Period: The return period is 15 days.

Product Refund: The amount you paid for the approved return product will be reflected in your statement within 7 business days. You can track this from your account statement. (Refund processing time may vary depending on banks.)

Order Cancellation: For order cancellation, you can contact our Customer Service and submit your request within 2 hours after placing your order. If the product has been shipped or delivered to you, you can return it within 15 DAYS by following the return procedures.

Corporate Purchases: Our corporate customers need to send products with a return invoice during the return process.
